Had an appointment in south Jersey where I signed the guy into a $235,000 loan which I'll wind up making $2500 on. I was turtle-heading so I grabbed this 40 outta the fridge & cracked it while squatting down on the toilet to release my poo. I'm experiencing 2 great feelings at once: the unloading of 3 pounds of unhealthy feces from my ass, and the crisp refreshing taste of this good clean beer. It's only 3:45pm (didn't feel like driving back to the office today - my job rules like that) & this is hitting the spot. Wiped my ass, neglected to wash my hands, and am now eating some pistachios with it. Bustin out the Bravos nacho cheese chips as well. The rest of the 40 was smooth, I actually feel a bit of a buzz happening, and it made me have to piss bad just as I was killin the swill. Dare I say this is the best "bad beer" 40oz ever? I dare. I fucking give this 9/10 swills. I feel like a newbie giving an ignorantly high-ass rating like that to a beer, but I really enjoyed this 40, I got the lil' buzz (c'mon, even tho it's not a malt, it's still 5.9%) and the taste was beautiful. If it was a malt it woulda gotten a 10/10. Thanks out to the malt hunter extraordinnaire MyLiverHurts for this great 40!

Despite the attractive label, rest assured this is a bad beer, folks. The 'born-on' date was only a month prior, but it is fairly fucking flat. Luckily, despite the ice-factor, its a pretty light brew, avoiding a syrupy, slippery, nauseous slide down the icy slopes pictured on the label. Still, I think Busch Ice tastes pretty shitty.. a tad metallic, not enough of a 'beer' flavor, somehow. I prefer regular Busch. The poundability remains high. Buy it if you see it. 7 out of 10 swills.

Monger Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Picked this up at a rural gas station about 30 miles west of Memphis along I-30 in Arkansas on a trip to Dallas and couldn't wait to blast it. Did it while cleaning up my car and truck after returning. Strong hiss off the crack. The initial sips of this nearly frozen (I stashed in the freezer for about a half hour) were outstanding. As the brew lost it's chill, it started to lose it's flavor. By the swill, I was struggling to get it down. This on a day the high temp was under 70 and I wasn't exactly sipping as opposed to blasting. Still, a nice ice start to a drinking session the included several 2X4's I picked up for my collection. If you drink this, chill it to a near frozen state and drink it quickly. MB Ice is a far better choice in the 5.9 class. Nice, strong looking label, but I can't taste the label, so sadly, 4/10 swills. I expected better and was let down by AB.

I'll probably update this later on so I can compare it to its non-fucked-with cousin. I am a fan of A-B products. I drink Bud and Bud Ice, and of course Natty Ice. I like all of them. This Bush Ice fucking SUCKS! This is the WORST ice beer I've ever had. According to the born on date it is less than a month old, and I had it in the freezer for an hour, but the taste is shit. It has one of the most bitter, sour tastes I've had in a mass produced bad beer. To be fair, this isn't my first time trying it and I didn't like it the first time either but thought I'd give it another go. It definitely tastes like an A-B beer, but they fucked up on this one. Stick with Natty Ice if you want an A-B ice beer. Much better buzz than I expected, but fucking horrible taste. 2/10 and that is being generous because it is cheap. EDIT: Alright, this is a great example of why I hate reviewing anything based on only drinking it once or twice. I've been drinking this ice beer much more frequently now and no longer think it is as suck-filled as my initial review above. Although honestly it is pretty bad, I now am confident in saying that it is better than Bud Ice. Bud Ice has a really sweet, funky taste that I really can't handle. Busch Ice however isn't all sugary. You can see that I did notice that in my first review because I noted it was "sour". As far as comparing this to Natty Ice, I'm not sure yet which I consider better. If you don't want a super-sweet ice beer, this may be for you. I definately wasn't looking forward to drinking this though I'm not an ice fan at all, so I always steer clear of it. I've had Busch and Busch Light on many occasions. Thats what poor college students drank... and it always fucked up my stomach the next day. So I was hoping everything would be fine this time. Granted I was only drinking this ice 40, and not tons. first sip was pretty decent actually. not the crap I was expecting... come to think of it, it tastes super similiar to the Natty Ice 40 I drank. went down nice and easy watching a movie. I was in no rush, so the swill was fairly warm by the end, and still wasn't bad. It kinda impressed me. i'll say: 6/10

Brock Lesnar match up started! looking forward to this brew from others review, i was immensely disappointed. Thought it was going to be a crisp refreshing 40, but it was bland and boring at most. The fact that i was already fucked up when i started it probably didnt help. The fact that Mir ended up submitting the oh holy Brock Lesnar made my up for the boring flavorless 40

I was surprised at how much I liked this 40. Its a perfect 4 to drink in the afternoon, and a good way to start a night of heavy drinking. Gets props from me for being so damn easy to pound. 7.5/10

But I was wrong and well pleased did not have that little bite that Natural ice has when it goes down. This was crisp from the opening cap all the way to the swill little buzz because I chugged in down in 15 min over all 8-10 very pleased id choose this over Natty ice any day!

Not as good as Millwaukees Best Ice, but still great flavor throughout and it still gives you a little buzz due to its high alcohol content for a beer. Overall awesome beer 40, try this if you can.

It was ice cold from sitting in my freezer for about a half hour. Took the initial pull and the first thing I though was "This tastes like Busch, if Busch was an Ice beer." If this 40 could talk it would say, "I speak the truth." I like ice beers a lot, and this did not disappoint. It consistently held that defining ice characteristic that I like. When I got down past the label the taste of the beer was still holding true to its name, but there was an aftertaste that wasn't there at the beginning. I remember thinking its probably not the beer, but my stinking breath from the garlic pretzels I was eating combining with the beer. When I got past the label I actually had a little buzz from this. The swill wasn't that bad, not as tasty or carbonated as the beginning, but still not bad. I would definitely drink this again and would pick it up regularly if it was available around me. Great ice beer 40. 8/10

Cracked this at like 4am, my third 40 of the night/morning I was pretty shittered from the Laser and Four O Ice. Normally those two mid-grade malts wouldn't hurt me much but I had driven for 8 hours straight and they hit me with just enough strength to get me bombed. I had Busch Ice once before thanks to RexGibson and I liked it a lot. It wasn't really cold enough but I was able to swill the new one slowly without problems. Added to my buzz and stuff. Not much to say. Had a nice corn-based, bad-beer aftertaste. 6/10
